Learn how to apply Blue Zones Project® principles for healthier cooking options using veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans, and nuts. You’ll take home tips for tastier and healthier meals and snacks that your family and friends will love.
The cooking demo will be at the Auditorium.
At our event, one of their chefs will do a quick recipe demonstration of a dish that is good for you and is good for the environment. You’ll get a new healthy recipe while learning ways to make food choices that minimize your environmental impact. Participants are welcome to take a food sample and will receive a reusable cutlery set. There will also be a prize giveaway for one lucky participant
